Functions and Differences of Flexible Container Bag Film
Flexible container bags are woven from polypropylene flat wires. Because of this braided structure, very small raw materials may leak out from the weaving gap or sewing line pores, such as fine sand, fine powder and other products. If you use non coated container bags to pack powder products, when you knock one side of the container bag, you will see dust cloud like products leaking out of the container bag. Although in some scenarios, it doesn't matter; However, in other scenarios, this is not allowed. The structure of coated container bag is the same as that of non coated container bag. However, before the bag is sewn into shape, an additional layer of polypropylene film will be coated on the sheet cloth to seal the flat yarn weaving gap. The coating film is common in the bag, because it can prevent the powder products from being embedded in the woven flat wire when discharging.
